    Kansas Elder Abuse Bill S.B. 72

    Allows voluntary reporting for anyone not required in the statute to report suspicions of financial abuse of a vulnerable adult.

    FSI Action: FSI will contact the bill sponsor and submit a letter of support. FSI will continue to engage on this bill as appropriate.

    Professional Privilege Tax

    Kansas Professional Privilege Tax Bill H.B. 2368

    Creates a deduction for anyone with an ownership interest in a sole proprietorship, partnership, S corporation, limited liability corporation or other business entity for the privilege tax.
