At this year’s Advancing Women in Leadership Workshop, we have the pleasure of working with the always entertaining and insightful Mo Campanella, Founder and President of Delta Veritas Consulting and Training. As Founder of Delta Veritas Consulting, Mo has been providing consulting and coaching to top producing advisors and businesses as well as providing  professional development workshops in both the domestic and international markets for dozens of financial services companies. 

For almost 22 years, Mo has demonstrated the exceptional ability to identify and implement strategic and tactical strategies that directly impact the growth of a financial advisor’s business.  She has become highly recognized and has consistently delivered the most “value added consulting and training approaches” throughout the industry.  Mo’s clients have achieved increased revenues and marked business improvements in the areas of client acquisition, client retention, market planning, organizational re-structuring, leadership, client service modeling, systems implementation, strategic partnering, infrastructure alignment, process re-engineering and most importantly, change management.

Based on her performance throughout the service sector, Mo was invited by Madeline Albright and the government of Northern Ireland to participate in an on-going global initiative to deliver the Women’s European Platform on Economic Development in Ireland. She also developed and implemented a team initiative program which was featured in U.S News and World Report and has appeared in Fortune magazine for her consulting work.

Noreen D. Beaman

Noreen D. Beaman is Chief Executive Officer of Brinker Capital and a member of the company’s finance, investment, and management committees, as well as the interested trustee of the Destinations Funds Board. Noreen manages corporate direction and strategy at Brinker Capital, setting a clear course for company activity. She shares Brinker Capital’s strategy, vision, and culture with stakeholders: employees, clients, and shareholders.

As one of Brinker Capital’s founding partners, Noreen has been dedicated to helping financial advisors and their clients build better outcomes for over 30 years. During this time, she’s held a variety of roles within the company, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and regional and national sales positions. Prior to joining Brinker Capital, Noreen was a treasurer at Mutual Benefit Capital Companies, a subsidiary of Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Company, and also worked at Ernst and Young.

Noreen has received numerous accolades for her lasting impact on the financial advice industry, including Philadelphia Business Journal’s Most Admired CEO in the Philadelphia region, InvestmentNews’ 2017 Women to Watch, and Greater Philadelphia’s Entrepreneur of the Year, alongside Chuck Widger, in the financial services category by EY.

Noreen is passionate about supporting the workforce of the future. She is a mentor for the Money Management Institute’s Leadership Pathway, which connects members of the next generation with industry veterans to further enhance the mentees’ knowledge and insights surrounding the investment advisory industry. Additionally, she is a board member of the Envestnet Institute Women in Wealth, a program focused on inspiring, educating, engaging, and empowering women to succeed in wealth management.

Noreen received her Bachelor of Science from Saint Peter’s University. She earned the CPA certification in New Jersey and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
