How do I cancel my registration?
Please contact us at events@financialservices.org. No refunds will be granted for requests received after May 17. The Financial Services Institute regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.

How will I get from the airport to the hotel?
The Westin DC Downtown is located just blocks (0.2 miles) from the Gallery Place-Chinatown subway station. The hotel is near Capitol Hill, the Smithsonian, the National Mall and more, all easily accessible on foot or by transit. The hotel does not offer shuttle service to or from the airports.

Transportation will be provided from the Westin to Capitol Hill between 8:00 and 8:30 am on Wednesday, June 10. Details will be provided directly to attendees.
Will there be luggage check on Wednesday?
Yes, you will be able to check luggage at the Westin on the morning of June 10, before departing for the Hill.
When will I know the details of my Hill visits?
Your Congressional meetings will take place on Wednesday, June 10, and typically occur between 9:00 a.m and 5:00 p.m. You will receive instructions for accessing your meeting schedule in the mobile app about a week in advance of the event.

What is the dress code?
Monday and Tuesday conference attire is business casual. On Wednesday, we recommend business attire for Capitol Hill appointments.
What meals are included in the conference registration?
The Monday evening reception; breakfast, lunch and evening reception on Tuesday; and breakfast and lunch on Wednesday are included in your conference registration. All other meals are on your own.
