We’ll discuss how to engage young people as clients, employees and advisors and the many benefits to gain from their perspectives. We will also outline ways to develop their interests and capabilities, plus how you can step up and lead the necessary evolution. - Adopting a “work smarter, not harder” mindset to successfully integrate Next-Gen advisors into your practices, and the benefits of recruiting program partnerships
- Pivoting to meet the needs of a Next-Gen workforce and how to identify key skill sets
- Making financial advice accessible to Next-Gen clients through preferred platforms while preserving an individualized touch

Considered a “Next-Gen space”, the iHub is specifically designed to bring together diverse talents and facilitate collaboration, enhanced by local art and nods to Atlanta’s role as a transportation nexus.
