FSI Condemns Attack at U.S. Capitol
The Financial Services Institute (FSI) issued the following statement in response to Wednesday’s attack on the U.S. Capitol:
“Since the founding of FSI 17 years ago, we have believed in the power of constructive engagement in advancing our advocacy mission. The violent events we witnessed when a mob attacked the U.S. Capitol building on January 6 were the antithesis of constructive engagement, and we strongly and unequivocally condemn such acts. We will continue to build bipartisan relationships with lawmakers and constructive relationships with regulators to effectively achieve productive results for our members and the Main Street Americans they serve.”
