It’s almost that time of year again. With the calendar turning to fall and the leaves beginning to change color in many parts of the country, a new year will be here in no time.

As always, we look forward to marking that occasion by gathering at FSI OneVoice, the independent financial services industry’s annual kickoff. This year’s event will take place January 23 – 25 at the newly remodeled JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa in Palm Desert, Calif., a beautiful and stylish retreat.

Thanks to the warm weather and the surrounding San Jacinto, Santa Rosa and San Bernadino Mountain ranges, the location, set on 450 acres in the heart of the Coachella Valley, is an inspiring locale for firm executives to congregate. Join us as we celebrate our achievements since last year’s gathering, hear from industry thought leaders, discuss the latest trends, network with peers, and chart our path for 2023 and beyond.

OneVoice 2023 will kick off with a pre-conference workshop on Advancing Women in Leadership (registration and an additional fee are required to attend). Headlining the opening general session will be Heather McGowan, an internationally known speaker, writer and future of work strategist. The author of The New Way of Work is Already Here, McGowan will discuss how firms can rethink their structure and operations to attract and retain talent in today’s fast-changing workplace environment.

The next day will be jam-packed with concurrent sessions focused on relevant industry topics a CEO panel and the popular discussion sessions tailored to various roles within each firm. Of note, the agenda for this year’s event will allow for more networking opportunities and recreational activities than ever before, including an optional off-site community service activity on Wednesday morning.
