OneVoice 2025: Level Up with Industry Leaders and Innovators

As we prepare to ring in the New Year, 2025 will bring with it change and evolution. A new administration is set to take office, and there’s optimism that the regulatory and business environment could get friendlier. But no one knows for sure how the year will unfold.  

Against this backdrop, we will gather for OneVoice 2025 from January 27-29 at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas to Level Up.  

This year’s program is loaded with educational sessions tailored for independent financial services executives. A variety of top thought leaders will share their insights on a range of topics impacting our industry, including regulatory and technological trends as well as gearing up for the next generation of financial services professionals, advisors and clients. As always, the event will also provide attendees with plenty of opportunities to network with peers and share best practices. 

OneVoice2025 will kick off with the Advancing Women in Leadership Workshop, a special pre-conference session led by Michelle Cederberg, a high-performance coach and author, who will share her dynamic approach to recalibrating from “perpetually busy” to healthier, happier and more productive. (Pre-registration and an additional fee is required to attend this portion of the program).  

From there, April Rinne, author of Flux: 8 Superpowers for Thriving in Constant Change, will punctuate the opening general session. A Harvard Law graduate, a Young Global Leader at the World Economic Forum and a Fulbright Scholar, Rinne will discuss ways for you to develop the skills needed to spot emerging trends early, understand their potential and apply your insights. 

Kim Lear, researcher and Founder of Inlay Insights, will dive into practical strategies and real-world case studies to help firms tailor their offerings and thrive in this age of demographic diversity and multigenerational teams. 

The closing general session will feature rising financial services leaders sharing their personal insights on fostering leadership, engaging next-gen clients and building diverse, inclusive teams. Panelists include:

• Alyssa Palmero, Director, Head of Relationship Management, BNY | Pershing

This free-flowing, moderated by FSI President & CEO Dale Brown, will shed light on the lessons learned from their experiences, illustrating ways to connect with evolving customer groups, attract and develop talent and inspire innovation. 

As in past years, OneVoice 2025 will also have concurrent sessions dedicated to important industry issues. Topics will touch everything from innovative portfolio construction strategies to enhancing in-office culture and artificial intelligence. Check out the full conference program.
