The industry never runs short of big issues to sort through, and the start of a new year is often the best moment to step back and prepare for what’s ahead. It’s a moment of possibility—and strong leadership and clear insight matter.
That is exactly why OneVoice 2026 is so well timed. Taking place February 2–4 at the Sheraton San Diego Resort, the conference brings together senior executives from across the independent financial services space for three days of learning, discussion, and meaningful connection.
Guidance from Top Thinkers and Leaders
As always, there will be a strong lineup of main-stage speakers. The opening keynote features Suneel Gupta, bestselling author and Harvard Medical School visiting scholar, who will explain why expanding capacity starts with elevating energy. Drawing on his work at Harvard and his experience leading RISE, he will outline practical ways leaders can recharge themselves and their firms to strengthen performance and sustain momentum.
Later, a panel of industry leaders from FSI’s AI Task Force will examine how artificial intelligence is reshaping leadership, decision-making and client service across the independent financial services space. They will share practical guidance on building AI fluency, managing risk and aligning technology with strategic goals, along with insights from FSI’s newly published AI white paper.
Rounding out the main-stage program, a panel of CEOs and senior executives will discuss how great leaders use disruption as an advantage rather than a threat. They will explore how to cut through doubt, sustain culture and unlock potential while adapting in real time. Attendees will leave with a practical perspective on leading through change with courage, compassion, and confidence.
Breakout Sessions That Go Deeper
Beyond the general sessions, OneVoice 2026 will deliver a wide set of breakout discussions covering the issues that shape daily operations and long-term planning. Attendees can expect conversations centered around six tracks: artificial intelligence, cybersecurity trends, risk management, supervisory challenges, investor behavior, recruiting and retention strategies, practice management and evolving regulatory priorities. These sessions give executives a chance to compare approaches, learn from peers, and gather ideas that can be applied in their businesses.
OneVoice 2026 will also feature three focused workshops designed to help firm leaders strengthen leadership, AI readiness, and cyber resilience.
- Advancing Women in Leadership Workshop: “One Percent-Her: How Women Leaders Rise and Succeed in Business” will be led by fifth-generation entrepreneur, venture capitalist, and executive coach Cherry Rose Tan, who will speak on how rising leaders and executives overcome barriers, build confidence, and lead with impact. Sponsored by Fidelity.
- AI Workshop: “Beyond the Buzz: Real AI Strategies for Growth, Scale, and Client Value” is a practical dive into how wealth-management firms are applying AI to improve operations, enhance client engagement, and support long-term growth. Sponsored by Domify.
- Cyber Workshop: “Strengthening Resilience Against Agentic AI Attacks” is a hands-on briefing with FINRA cybersecurity experts focused on identifying, defending against and responding to emerging AI-driven cyber threats.
Pre-registration and an additional fee are required for the workshops; bundle savings are available for attendees of more than one workshop, as well as the chance to get the most out of the conference. Leaders can expect actionable tools and frameworks to support stronger leadership, smarter technology adoption, and cyber resiliency.
As always, there will be plenty of opportunities for networking. Receptions, discussion blocks, and informal gatherings throughout the venue will give attendees time to reconnect with colleagues, share best practices, and build relationships that help strengthen the broader community.
