discussion about investment advisory issues. Composed of up to 14

Annually, the councils elect a Vice Chair to develop the agendas for the Discussion meetings and to moderate those sessions. Upon the election of a new Vice Chair, the previous Vice Chair becomes Chair of the council and is responsible for developing the agenda and facilitating the Council meetings.

FSI also has two task force committees. Volunteers are recruited annually and meet by conference call.

The Task Force help brainstorm the vision and theme for the meeting, keynote speakers, topics for education sessions, and potential speakers for those topics. (The Task Force consists of a Task Force Chair and track coordinators for each of the six tracks: CEO, Compliance, Due Diligence, Investment Advisory Services, Marketing, Growth & Development, Operations, and Technology as well as one representative from each of FSI’s of FSI’s Ambassador and Premier Sponsor firms.)
  • FSI Forum Task Force
